In true a/c fashion ours went out on not only a weekend,  but a holiday weekend. We starting calling around in the middle of the night in hopes that someone would be willing to come help us out. ENTER DAN! An hour later he was at our home, and was relentless on trying to get the leak we sprung sealed. Several hours later he was able to get us a temporary fix until he could get the part after the holiday was over. Friendly demeanor, reasonably priced, and beyond professional. We have absolutely have found our new a/c company , and are so grateful to know that amazing customer service and impeccable work ethic is still something that can be found. I just want to say THANK YOU, to Daniel who came out to my house within an hour of me calling. I was in tears when I reached out to him because we had family down from NC to celebrate our daughters graduation & my husbands b-day when our air condition suddenly went out & we were supposed to be having a get together the next which included a lot of cooking, which we all know in FL we don't like heat on top of heat! LOL I can not say enough kind words about Dan, he was professional, extremely nice & understanding while I was falling apart. I will definitely be using his company in the future if any thing like this ever happens again. Praying it won't!!!! We would highly recommend his company for fast, efficient & professional services. We got into town late this evening and the air at our place was out. I called Temp Drop around 10:00 pm and was able to speak with the owner, Dan. Dan quickly diagnosed the issue with my air conditioning unit. Dan replaced the reversing valve, the fan motor and recharged the Freon. My AC is now working great! Dan did a tremendous job and has great customer service skills! Thank you Temp Drop!
